2. Placement Announced
Company announces completion of the capital raise
Raise size, price and key deal terms are announced to the market
Shares resume trading
3. Notice of Proposed Issue / Appendix 3B Can be labelled "Appendix 3B" or "Proposed Issue of Securities" and includes:
Proposed issue date
Type of issue (placement, rights, entitlement etc)
Maximum number of securities to be issued
Broker details + fees
4. Shares Issued / Appendix 2A This announcement completes the transaction and finalises the issue of new securities. The release of this announcement signals that new shares are on the market and includes:
Final number of securities to be quoted
Summary of all shares currently on issue + options + unquoted securities
