Kkr Credit Income Fund

KKR Credit Income Fund (the Trust) is an Australia-based managed investment scheme. The Trust seeks to provide investors in Australia and New Zealand with an opportunity to access global credit investment opportunities sourced through KKR channels. The Trust’s investment objective is to provide Unitholders with an income stream. It is also focused on investors to achieve attractive long-term capital appreciation over a full market cycle by providing investors with exposure to underlying credit investments that are diversified (by number of investments and across geographies and asset classes). Its investment strategy is to initially invest in the Global Credit Opportunities Fund and the European Direct Lending Fund. KKR Australia Investment Management Pty Ltd is the investment manager of the Trust.
