A iron and steel focused development company seeking to advance the Agbaja Cast Steel Project in Nigeria. The project consists of both mine and integrated process plant. 1. Agbaja Iron Mine: Contains a wholly owned 405Mt @ 45.1% iron JORC resource and four granted mining lease. The resource is flat lying and with limited overburden of +/- 5m. 2. Agbaja Integrated Cast Steel Plant: Aims to be Nigeria’s first steel billet producer. Kogi plans to utilise iron from its 100% owned mine in addition to local coal and limestone suppliers as inputs. Independent study by Tenova/Mintek confirms suitability of Agbaja iron ore to produce quality cast steel. 3. Bankable Feasibility Study: The company is currently arranging opportunities to support the Agbaja project BFS. Once commenced, the study is expected to take 12 months with completion being a prerequisite for advancing institutional project debt financing discussions.
