Emerald Resources NL (ASX:EMR) is a Perth-based explorer and developer of global gold projects. The company is focused on growing and advancing its Cambodia Gold Projects, which comprise a combination of 100%-owned, granted licences, applications and joint venture agreements. Included in the Cambodia Gold Projects, is the Okvau Gold Deposit Project located in the Mondulkiri province of Eastern Cambodia. This project is wholly-owned and has a completed DFS. Since 2016, Emerald Resources had acquired and fully owns Renaissance Minerals (Cambodia) Limited.
