Critical Resources Limited (Formerly Force Commodities Limited (4CE) and formerly Sovereign Gold Company Limited) is a gold exploration company holding a portfolio of quality tenements located in Eastern Australia. The company has two key projects, Halls Peak Base Metals Project and Mt Adrah Gold Project, both located in NSW, Australia. It also has a majority stake in the Rocky River- Uralla gold project, also located in NSW. They have also made acquisition of lithium projects in Democratic Republic of Congo.
